| 崗位描述 |
- Participates in the project planning activities and manages the execution of projects according to plan - Manages the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance - Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action - Communicate effectively with the project team and the customers and managers - Keep all members informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations - 參與項目前期規(guī)劃，按計劃管理整個項目的運作，確保項目質(zhì)量 - 全面掌控項目的財務管理：制定整體預算并涵蓋實施過程中可能出現(xiàn)的可變因素 - 分析項目風險，提前制定針對不可預見風險的計劃，判斷形勢，組織減緩行動，降低風險 - 與項目組成員、客戶和公司領導進行有效溝通 - 及時向與相關人員報告項目的進展情況，搜集反饋意見，使其向最好的方向發(fā)展 |
| 應聘要求 | - Bachelor degree in Project Management, Agriculture or related field - Minimum 8 years working experience and 3 years project management experience in multinational agricultural related industry - Strong leadership and project management skills, have the capability to drive teams to higher performances - Good interpersonal skill, active, initiative personality and proactive attitude - Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese - Requires frequent travel outside the province. - Reporting to Technical Manager (Vice President) - 本科學歷，項目管理、農(nóng)業(yè)或相關專業(yè) - 至少8年工作經(jīng)驗，3年跨國公司農(nóng)業(yè)相關領域項目管理經(jīng)驗 - 杰出的領導才能和項目管理能力 - 良好的人際交往能力，積極進取和具有前瞻性 - 優(yōu)秀的普通話、英文語言溝通能力和書面表達能力 - 該職位需要經(jīng)常外省出差 - 工作匯報對象：技術部經(jīng)理（副總） |
